Guest speaker: Matt Schrap
Matt Schrap, CEO of the Harbor Trucking Association will provide a general update on HTA activities and an in-depth overview of the recently released CARB Advanced Clean Fleets Rule for Drayage Fleets operating in California. CARB Legacy Rules for 2023 compliance and Inspection and Maintenance (Diesel Smog Check) requirements will also be covered.
