Background: On April 28, 2023, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved the Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation (ACF). Drayage Trucks covered by the ACF regulation will need to be reported in the Truck Regulation Upload, Compliance, and Reporting System (TRUCRS) database by 12/31/2023.
